A small workshop that only works on Viking.
We are not a dealer, a franchise or a call centre with a dispatch board. We are technicians who spend every working day inside Bellevue kitchens working on the same handful of Viking appliances.
That narrowness is deliberate. When one manufacturer's appliances are the whole job, the same symptoms keep arriving with the same handful of causes behind them, and that is what this site is built from: each problem page says what we usually find, what sometimes turns up instead and what is rare.
The other half of the job is the kitchen around the appliance. Panel-ready dishwashers and built-in refrigeration sit inside cabinetry that was made to measure, so how something comes out is planned before anyone pulls on it, and it goes back where it stood.
Prices first. Every repair sits inside a published price band, and each symptom on the problems pages says which one.

The $89 call-out pays for the trip and a complete diagnosis; approve the repair and that $89 is deducted from its price.

A call starts with what the appliance is doing, in your words. From that we tell you what the pattern usually turns out to be and what is worth checking before anyone comes out.

Prices you can read in advance
Every repair is quoted inside one of six published bands. You see the span before the visit and a single written figure, parts and labour together, before any work starts.

One manufacturer, all day
Viking ranges, ovens, refrigeration and dishwashers are most of the work, with the hood and the cooktop above them. The same faults come round again and again, which is why the patterns on this site are worth reading.

The kitchen goes back as it was
Floors and worktop edges are covered before anything moves, panel fronts are handled by their edges, and an appliance that came out is set back where it stood.
On the paperwork Viking Repair Bellevue holds a licence and is bonded and insured; the licence number is yours for the asking. The workshop has been running in Bellevue since 2019.

Viking Repair Bellevue is independent. Viking Range, LLC has not authorized, sponsored or endorsed this business and has no connection with it, and work covered by a factory warranty goes back to the manufacturer rather than to us. Viking is named here only so you know which appliances we repair; the marks belong to their owner.
